Phase 1: Theory & Vision Building (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM) Venue: Hong Kong Institute of Education for Sustainable Development Content:
- Introduction to UNESCO / HiESD
- National Education Exhibition Room Visit
- World Heritage & Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition / Industry Mentor Workshop
- Study Travel Planning & Curriculum Design (covering culture, sustainable development, international perspectives)
- Introduction to Sustainable Development Planners & Certified Sustainable Enterprises
Phase 2: Transfer & Assembly (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM) Venue: From Che Kung Temple MTR Station (Sha Tin) to Sham Shui Po MTR Station Content:
- Group transfer to Sham Shui Po to meet the "Hong Kong Inclusive Cultural Tourism Assessment Project" team.
Phase 3: Accessibility Facility Field Test (11:30 AM - 12:00 PM) Venue: Walk from Sham Shui Po MTR Station to Mei Ho House Content:
- Under the guidance of the professional team, personally experience and learn how to assess accessibility facilities in public spaces and pathways.
Phase 4: Lunch & Networking (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) Venue: Mei Ho House Café Content:
- Lunch break and free exchange between participants and instructors.
Phase 5: On-site Entrepreneurial Project Research (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM) Venue: Mei Ho House Content:
- Brainstorm and conduct on-site research for inclusive cultural tourism entrepreneurial projects within the revitalized historic building environment, combining morning theory with on-site observations to inspire innovative solutions.
